We checked into our Sunhome today! It's very small but very nice. We have a bathroom and bedroom and then a kitchen-livingroom-diningroom area. They have nice storage systems and high cabinets so we were able to store all of our things and still be able to mov
e around freely. It's a tight squeeze for the two of us and reminds us of our dorms but at the same time it's perfect for the two of us. We absolutely love it! On the way here we saw a Blue Heron. It was just sitting by a pond and Dave says that they are all over here. It was very surreal seeing one and getting as close as we did because I've only seen them in the distance. Although, it craned its neck when I took the picture...obviously telling me to stay back. After we had all of our things put away we sat outside on our patio furniture. We just kept saying..."this is home for the next month and a half" and we just can't believe it. This place is so beautiful that I can't even describe it. Cobblestone streets, gothic churches, small and adorable homes connected to one another, and outdoor cafes are everywhere. People here are very nice and love to talk to us! Tomorrow we plan to look around Delft some more and head over to the square, which is the central area and where most shops and cafe's are. I'm going to be buying some post cards there! It's about a twenty minute walk from our home sweet home.

This is our home when your standing at the door, you can see our bathroom, our bedroom, and then the living area. That's all there is but we love it.
